This privately operated Actual Budget instance is used by David Radobenko for personal budgeting and financial transaction management.

Information processed

If bank synchronization is enabled, the application processes financial account information and transaction data obtained through Enable Banking and your financial institution. This may include account names, account identifiers, balances, transaction dates, descriptions, amounts, and currency information.

How information is used

This information is used only to import, display, categorize, and manage financial transactions in the privately hosted Actual Budget application. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or selling services.

Where information is stored

Imported financial data is stored on the privately operated server hosting this Actual Budget instance. Access is restricted to authorized users. Bank authentication is handled by the relevant financial institution and the bank-connection provider.

Sharing

Financial information is not sold or shared with other parties except when necessary to provide the bank-connection and transaction-import service, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Financial data is retained only for as long as needed for budgeting purposes. It may be deleted from the Actual Budget server at any time by the system operator.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the server, application, credentials, and financial data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
