This is a privately operated Actual Budget instance provided for personal budgeting and financial transaction management. By using it, you agree to use the application lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure.

Financial information

The application is a budgeting and transaction-management tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or banking advice. You are responsible for reviewing imported transactions and confirming that your budgeting information is accurate.

Bank connections

Bank synchronization may depend on third-party services, including your financial institution and Enable Banking. Those services may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued independently of this application.

Availability

The application is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Access may be suspended or discontinued without notice for maintenance, security, technical, or other reasons.

Security

You must not share your credentials or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, its server, or another person's data.
